3. Payment Terms

For direct bookings, payment terms will be communicated during the reservation process.

We do not store or process credit card details on this website. All online payments are handled securely by third-party payment providers or booking platforms.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: From 15:00
• Check-out: Until 11:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.

5. Maximum Occupancy

The suite accommodates a maximum of 7 guests. Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted without prior written approval.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Respect the property and furnishings
• Avoid excessive noise
• Comply with local laws and regulations
• Supervise children at all times

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

7. Damages & Liability

Any damage, loss or excessive cleaning required due to negligence may result in additional charges.

Philoxenia Suite is not liable for:

• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Injuries resulting from improper use of the property
• Service interruptions beyond our control (e.g., utility outages)

8. Cancellations

Cancellation terms depend on the booking method:

• For direct bookings, cancellation conditions are specified during confirmation.
• For third-party bookings, the platform’s cancellation policy applies.

Refund timelines may vary depending on payment provider processing times.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions or emergencies.
